Hiking and meditation

Local Sedona residents who have a passion for hiking on the sacred and inspiring trails of Sedona’s red rocks. We make your hiking experience custom to your needs and can accommodate singles, small to large groups. We hold a special-use permit for guided hikes on some of the best trails in Sedona. We will choose a hike based on your interest, level of difficulty and area you want to visit. Typical hikes are 2 hours in length. For a deeper experience we can create a yoga, hiking and meditation retreat for you and your group. 

Make us your first point of contact when you come to Sedona. Our guided hikes include details about Sedona’s history, geology, vortex’s and filmmaking. Sedona has a multitude of vortex energy, and anywhere you choose here will be an incredible experience you won’t forget.

We offer packages that include: hiking with meditation, Vortex and sunset hikes, and hiking paired with yoga and meditation. We also are licensed to perform wedding ceremonies here in Sedona.

Art Classes / Lessons: Offering watercolor, acrylic and pastel chalk mediums. Catering to visitors and local residents, couples, groups, retreats coming to Sedona looking to add on a memorable activity.

Sedona is a magical place that nudges you to continue to become the best version of your self. It is a natural place to work on developing creative skills and taking them back home with you. First time or experienced, you can be a seasoned artist, or trying your hand at creating for the first time. I tailor the class to the students that signs up. A perfect accompaniment to your Sedona Experience. 

The new student can enjoy learning many techniques and tips, building confidence to pursue a new hobby. The novice and experienced artist can refine and perfect their craft while exploring new techniques in a gorgeous setting in Sedona.
