*** Welcome to Sedona! Elle has been coming to these sacred lands for many years and ultimately made the decision to move here to live and work surrounded by the natural healing energy of Sedona. She is an Ayurveda Health Counselor, a Reiki Master, a Sound Healer, a yoga instructor, and the owner of Down Dog Sedona.

Elle is passionate about helping her clients find balance emotionally, energetically and physically through her work. She offers energy healing on the land, in the studio and at client locations. Elle and her partner Everett combine sound healing and reiki to create unique experiences on the land, at private locations and in the Down Dog Sedona studio.

In addition, Elle and Everett lead a Yoga Alliance accredited 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program each year that can be attended remotely or in-person.

Elle and Everett and have more than 50-years combined in the professional and corporate training fields and lead workshops on topics such as, Introduction to Ayurveda, CliftonStrengths (a personal self-assessment to reveal how you best present in the world), and Presenting with Impact (how to better organize and prepare information for audience retention).

Since moving to Sedona, Elle has become an Ordained Minister and enjoys working with couples to officiate weddings on the land or at their location to celebrate the union of two energies!
